Refund policy

TUDES is committed to customer satisfaction and operates the following return and refund policy.

 

1. Return Request Period
2. Returns and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind

For returns due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.

 

3. Returns Due to Product Defects

For returns due to a product defect, TUDES will cover round-trip shipping costs and process an exchange or refund. However, if inspection determines the product is not defective, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, and will also be responsible for compensating any damage to the product that occurs during return shipping.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
